Zero is an assassin working directly for the High Table's Adjudicator, an agent sent to punish John Wick and those who assist him. He leads a group of students, including Shinobi #1 (Cecep Arif Rahman) and Shinobi #2 (Yayan Ruhian), who accompany him in his attacks. Zero's role is to enforce the Adjudicator's will, later confronting the Bowery King, whom his students slash multiple times with a katana after the King refuses to abdicate. Zero's combat style is precise and theatrical, and he engages John Wick in multiple encounters, including an ambush at the Continental and a final battle on the roof. Despite his skill, Zero is eventually stabbed by John with a knife and thrown off the roof, with the stabbing being the cause of death.

In Their Own Story

Zero first appears when the Adjudicator enlists him to punish the Director for helping John Wick. He stabs her through both hands, delivering the High Table's judgment. Later, he and his students confront the Bowery King, slaughtering his men and slashing the King seven times. When John returns to New York, Zero and his students attack him before he reaches the Continental. After the Adjudicator revokes the Continental's neutral status, Zero leads an army of High Table enforcers against John and Winston. John kills all the enforcers and most of Zero's students, then battles Zero directly on the roof. Zero is defeated and left to die, his admiration for John evident even in defeat.

Zero is a major antagonist in *John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum*, serving as the Adjudicator's primary enforcer. He is a highly skilled assassin who leads a group of students and uses a wakizashi in combat.
